32% Grenache, 27% Tempranillo, 18% Carignan, 12% Graciano, 6% Mourvedre, 5% Tannat

The earthy, dusty structure of Tempranillo plays with the bright fruit qualities of Grenache, while Carignan brings in a fresh raspberry splash of fruit,  Mourvedre brings a salty rustic Unami profile to the wine along with its very distinctive tannin profile.  Finishing the blend off this vintage with both Graciano and Tannat, we have two grapes that have great acid structure and amazing color.  I think you will really enjoy this wine.  It’s still a pup, so I would recommend decanting if consumed in the next year or two.  Splash some air into the wine to get it to open up, otherwise this wine should last for 7-10 years, maybe longer.
